What are the support software (prerequisite) needed to run the products?

You will require an Apache Server with PHP version 7.1 or latest. For Products using database, you will require MySQL / MariaDB.

What are the licenses available for purchase?

There are two types of licenses available for purchases. They are ‘User License’ and ‘Developer License‘. In summary, ‘User License’ is applicable when the Buyer does not want to make any customizations to the Product and ‘Developer License’ allows you to make changes to it.

You can also buy “User License” and upgrade to “Developer License” if required in future.

If I make a purchase, when will I get the Product?

Instantly! When you make the purchase, immediately after you make the payment you will get an email with a link to download the bundle. The bundle will include the Product and accompanying help documents.

Can I make customizations to the Product I have purchased?

Yes, you can make customizations to the Product you have purchased. You need to buy the Product under ‘Developer License‘. Please go through the license for more detail.

Do you provide support for installation?

Yes of course! All the purchases comes with free guide and support. I will help you to install the Product in your environment. Please go through the Support Policy for more details.

How long do you provide support?

I provide free support for a duration of three months from the date of purchase. I also provide you an option to extend the support to one year.

Do you provide exclusive services to enhance and maintain the Product?

Yes I do provide exclusive paid service to enhance and maintain the Product. You need to get in touch with me with details of your requirements. I will analyze and submit you a quote and take it forward accordingly.

What are the things I am entitled as part of your support?

Please go through the support policy for details. In summary, you get support for installation, free updates of all the releases of the Product during the support period and exclusive defect fixes.

Will you provide refund?

Yes, I have a detailed refund policy. Kindly go through that to understand the terms.

Will you charge transaction fee, or any other hidden charges?

No, I do not charge transaction free or any other hidden charges. The amount that is displayed to you on the  product / checkout page is final.
